HTTP Error 503 - the service is not available DPV Lite Web view not loading correctly. "Author Inspection Data" and "Upload Measurement Data" tabs produce this error. ETL Status and Admin tabs appear to be functioning correctly, VSA is still able to connect to DPV database.
Solution
As per the error code 503, it seems one of the services is not started, and it's causing this issue.
Solution : Access IIS, and make sure all the services under Application Pool are started; if all the services are running, and still getting above error, then Access IIS and Update the Username under Identity Section.
