NX NX is Slow when Opening Operations and the NX Log shows the library_dialogs.prt being Repeatedly Loaded

In the log file NX reports that it is opening the library_dialog.prt part a large number of times. System performance is noticeably slow when opening operations. What could be causing this?

One possible cause for this might occur if File -> Utilities -> Customer Default -> Manufacturing -> User Interface -> Dialog Boxes -> Always Update Dialog Boxes is checked. Uncheck this option and restart NX.
