We have been using the CF CLI tool to deploy and check the status of our application with the same user name and password. After trying to log in as normal from the command line, we kept seeing the message: Credentials are rejected; please try again.

  • Customer did not change their password.
    • The user access credentials are use by our team.
      • The user was created using the Service Credentials.
        Solution

        These credentials have an expiration date; by default, they are valid for one year; the expiration date/time information to be found in the properties section:
