Solid Edge NPT thread missing in Solid Edge Hole command

In the Solid Edge part environment, the American National Pipe Thread Standard (NPT) is missing in the Hole command.  How can I add these? 

Solution

When you place the Hole, select the 'Hole options'.

In the 'Standard' drop-down, make sure to select "ANSI Inch".

Under "ANSI Inch" NPT threads are listed.
