Surface area different before/after sew/subtract operation.

It would seem like an accuracy issue about the body/face measurement.

For measuring curvy face with a lower accuracy settings, the result value (such as area, mass, volume) will have an error range.

Measurement by default is setting on a low level accuracy because of the performance reason.

If a user wants to have a more accurate value, it is suggested to change to a high-level accuracy in Measure Preferences. Measure Preferences can be found in the Menu->Preferences->Measurement
