How to Encrypt the Postprocessor built in Postbuilder?

Solution

Post Configurator can be used to Encrypt the Postprocessor, either they are build in Post Builder or Post Configurator.

The following are the steps to Encrypt.

1. In NX go to Manufacturing Application.

2. Select Post Configurator

Post Configurator Icon

3. In Choose Postprocessor dialogue box go to "Browse to Open or Encrypt".

Make sure you select the right extension.(*.pui or *.psc), then select the postprocessor and select OK

4. If the Postprocessor is built in PostBuilder(*.pui). It will open the dialogue box of Encrypt Postprcoessor Files

5. Now you can Encrypt the Postprocessor with reference to Sold-To ID or Expiry Date.

6. A separate folder is created with the encrypted Postprocessors.
