Insufficient Security Privileges when attempting to open a Panel Design.

Solution

Following workaround will provide instant access to users who wants to use Layout design without using system/manager.


- Open SEWHD application using the Electrical.exe -login=true 
- Log in as system/manager 
- Delete user names who wish to use Layout design 
- Create same user with Designer role 
- Exit SEWHD application 
- Open SEWHD using normal user with Designer role and start working on Layout design
