Using Assembly Load Options of 'Precise Only', a precise assembly is loaded into NX with certain specific revision of component opened along with it.
Once this precise assembly is loaded, how to indicate which of the components have newer revision existing in TC database?
Solution
Use following steps to obtain information on which of the components have newer revision existing in TC database:
(1) In Assembly Navigator, make sure the column 'TC Information' is turned on.
(2) Position the cursor so it is NOT on top of any components (position over the navigator header area is good idea), then Right Mouse Button and choose 'Refresh Teamcenter Information'.
(3) Now examine the Assembly Navigator's 'TC Information' column for any yellow-triangular marker, existence of this marker indicate the component that has newer revision existing. By place cursor over the marker will reveal balloon of information including the latest revision ID that exists.
