NX Where is Origin Alignment group in Drafting NX1980?

Prior to NX1980, editing annotations in Drafting, you would get Origin Alignment group as below:

But the group is not available in NX1980, why? 

The Alignment option was removed because of the enhancement in NX1980:

The Alignment subgroup, including the Anchor list, is removed from the Origin group of the dialog boxes for dimensions, annotations, or tables commands, instead you can pre-define the origin via Drafting Preferences, or customer defaults.

You can now define the default origin alignment for dimensions, annotations, or tables in your Drafting and PMI preferences, or your customer defaults. Previously, you defined the origin alignment using options for an object directly in the command dialog box. 

You can control the: 

* Origin alignment, stacking, and positioning of dimensions and annotations. 

* Origin alignment and positioning of tables. 

* Anchor point alignment for all text.
