What parameters, in the Adaptive Milling operation, cause the message to display for "Low Transfer Height"?
Solution
Solution If the "Low Height Transfer" value is greater than any of the "Range Depths", from the top of the current range, the message is displayed.
"Low Height Transfer" is located on the "Main" group in the "Low Height Transfers" group area. "Range Depth" is located in the "Cut Levels" group in the "Range Definition" group area.
Reason the message is displayed ---- Go to the "Cut Levels" group".
---- Go to the "Range Definition" and note the "Range Depths" and note the depth of each range in respect to the top of the "Current Range Top".
Note: In the example below...the "Range Depth" is .090 from the "Current Range Top". ---- Go to the "Main" group in the operation.---- Go to the "Low Height Transfers" group area and note the parameter in "Height". In our example...the "Range Depth" is .090. The "Low Height Transfers" - "Height" parameter is .100. Since the "Range Depth" value is less than the "LowHeight Transfers" - "Height" value...the system will display the message as seen in the image below...
