Solid Edge What is meant with the expiry date of a license file for Solid Edge ?

A customer has a time limited license file for Solid Edge and asks if the expiry date of that license is included or excluded that date? 

Solution

A license with a 10/22/21 expiration date should expire 10/22/21 at 11:59:59pm.  The time zone should be that of the system used to generate the license. 

When you start Solid Edge with that license on the 22nd of October 2021, you will then get the following message before the Solid Edge Splash Screen:
