NX Setting dual dimensions to Feet/Inch in Drafting

If the file units is Inches, and your drawing is Inches, but you want to create dual dimensions to display the primary dimension to be inches and secondary to be feet/Inch, how can this be accomplished?

In Drafting Application go to Preferences --> Drafting --> Dimension --> Dual --> Toggle on Show Dual Dimension --> Units --> Architectural Feet/Inches and Numerical Display to Full Size Fraction.

Text --> Units --> Engineering Feet/Inches.
