Unable open parts from awc hosted in nx, no valid itemrev

- User can't open assembly from Active Workspace hosted in NX.

- Error of :

    Part Open

    No valid Item Revision found to open.

- 

- Revision rule had to be reset.

- Used profile button in lower left of the hosted Active Workspace

  to set Revision Rule to an appropriate value
