Quality Dashboard is not launching for NX in managed mode.
The user can select the 'Quality Dashboard' tool from the Windows Start -->Siemens menu, or they can run it from an NX command prompt: %UGII_BASE_DIR%\DESIGN_TOOLS\checkmate\tools\quality_dashbaord\qdashboard.bat.
The result is an error in the CMD window:

Solution
The Quality Dashboard tool was only supported in TC2007 and earlier Teamcenter releases.
Then in NX12.0.1, it was enhanced to connect to TC11 and later releases.
The error being reported could be due to an unsupported version of NX and Teamcenter when using Quality Dashboard in managed mode.
