Issue in specific assembly calling in another assembly. Inserted specific assembly is dispersed into another assembly.

Solution

The Option 'Disperse this assembly when placing' must be selected for that 'Sawing and drilling machine 02012015(New modified... ' assembly file.


 

Solution Steps:

- Open the ' Sawing and drilling machine 02012015(New modified...' assembly file

- Solid Edge Options > Assembly > Uncheck  the "Disperse this assembly when placing" option > Apply > OK

- Save and close the assembly file

- They to place the same assembly file as sub-assembly in new assembly file > It will be placed as subassembly now.

Disperse this assembly when placing

When checked, the individual parts associated with the subassembly are automatically dispersed into the assembly. For more information, see Restructuring assemblies.

This option is typically used when placing a subassembly that contains a component that is part of a alternate components group. For more information, see Define Alternate Components command.
