Details

In order to reduce the storage space, you have deleted all the logs which are created by the MindConnect devices but still the File service storage shown in the Usage Transparency application has not decreased accordingly.

How can you resolve this problem?

Solution

Once the files are deleted from the file service the UTS dashboard takes up to 4 hours to reflect the updated storage.

Please check the UTS dashboard after 4 hours when the updated value will be reflected.
