Insights Hub Why is my data not flowing from MC IoT Extensions to Mindsphere?

I created device in McIoTExtension and I did mapping with assets. However, my data is not flowing to Mindsphere. What can be the error?

Solution

It is good to check below points one more time and verify that they are set correctly:

- Check  "Required Interval" is set to any number. Ex:1

- Check data mapping is "ACTIVE" if you did manually

- Check your device is retrieving data from measurements tab
