Solid Edge Need to add a Sold To number to an existing webkey account.

When logging into Support Center, not able to download Solid Edge. Solid Edge does not show up as a product available. 



Solution

This will happen if the webkey account was created with a Sold To that is associated to other products such as NX or Teamcenter seats.


To add a new Sold To to an existing WebKey account navigate to [Siemens DISW Webkey Account - Self Service] (https://www2.industrysoftware.automation.siemens.com/webkey/) and select "Add SoldTo" then follow the steps to link the webkey to the Solid Edge Sold To.
