NX "Delete Component Pattern" Dialog does not work properly when using Delete-Key

NX for Design

Summary

Details

When using the "Delete" key for deleting a Component Pattern the confirmation dialog makes no sense. It doesn't matter whether you click "Yes", "No" or "Cancel", it will always act as if the user clicks "Yes"(delete pattern + components). If you delete the Pattern through Right mouse click > select "Delete" command the dialog works as expected.

Reproduced Steps:

1.Prepare for "Threaded Hole" and "Pattern Feature"(such as below)

2.Reuse Library tab > "Reuse Examples" > "Standard Parts" >........> Hex Bolt, AI"(Make sure to select "Create Component Pattern" option)

3.ANT > expand "Component Patter" node > select "Reference Pattern"

4.Select "Delete" key or Ctrl+"D"
5.Select "NO" button in the pop out dialogue and execute the command

Solution

The issue has been fixed in NX1980 and NX1973.3700.

Notes and References

The phenomenon is occurring only in NX1953, and it can be reproduced in all MU version in the NX Series.
