The tool is mounting incorrectly onto the turret. The problem can not be corrected in the Manufacturing Application.
The "Holder Details" group is not seen while in the Manufacturing Application. (See image below) The "Holder Details" can be see while in the Machine Tool Builder application. (Please see image below) The expanded Holder Details group can be seen in the image below...
Solution
The problem must be corrected in the Machine Tool Builder Application.
In POCKET_01...the Working Angle is 0 degrees. The working angle can be seen when editing POCKET_01 in Machine Tool Builder. Editing the Working Angle in the Manufacturing Application is not possible. In POCKET_02...the Working Angle is 330 degrees. This must be edited using Machine Tool Builder.
