How can I create an NX Syslog file to be uploaded to Support Center when I have an issue (IR) ?

Solution

Here the correct procedure :

1) Exit NX
2) start NX
3) File/Open xxx.prt
    if ERROR : please capture error in a JPG and upload it.
4) Menu/Help/Log File
5) File Save As : IR_NUMBER.txt
6) compress it into IR_NUMBER_logs.7z
7) upload into Support Center as Commercial Unrestricted (if Data is not Military or Strictly Confidential) :
     IRNUMBER_logs.7z
