There might be negative sign for Element IDs in MODLF file of TMG run and it is difficult to interpret the reason for this.

Solution

The IDs of the Oppenheim elements are not negative, but are put with minus sign in MODLF references (instead of "I J" we put "I -J" just as a way to indicate that the conductance is 1-way).
