NX I cannot open latest PRTs sent to me by Customer. Maybe wrong license is active ?

I've looked up the license file you currently have in use. 
From the NX syslog I can see the WebKey Access Code. 
This code is unique for each new license file we create.


In addition I cannot find this exact license file in our archive. But most likely this is an older license file.


Now to solve the problem :


The license server is running on a machine called "Server1". On this machine, I can see from the log file, a license file is in use with the name C:\Program Files\Siemens\PLMLicenseServer\splm11.lic


Apparently this is not the correct license file.


So on this machine, Go to the windows start menu and type: LMTools, and open this.
On here, go to Start/stop/reread, and press Stop server. When it says:  "Stop server requisted" and "Stopping server" it has actually already stopped! (check the box "Force Server Shutdown", if it does not stop)

After this go to the "Config services" tab:





Browse here to the license file you want to use. Press "Save Service" and go back again to the tab "Start/Stop/Reread"




On this press start, and you should see it has started after a few seconds.


Now you should be able to run all versions of NX.
