Using custom Material Property in callouts when using property text

In Solid Edge ST8 we added the option to add custom properties to the Solid Edge material table. How can I use these properties?
Solution
1. Create a custom property for one of the material 2. Apply the material to the Part 3. Create a new draft of this part 4. Place a callout -> The custom property is available in the Property Text
5. Create a new BOM -> the custom Property is available for the BOM columns
