How do new MindSphere users get the possibility to submit support cases via Support Center?
Solution
MindSphere users will automatically be added to the corresponding site in Support Center, i.e. new users that were created in MindSphere will by synced with Support Center to be able to submit tickets for the customer site/sold-to ID of the MindSphere tenant they got added to.
