For the trouble shootings, the log files are required for investigating.
Log files are stored in the boxes and can be copied to USB memory.
At the same time, log files are updated to Insights Hub as a default.

Log files are not be seen from MindConnect plugins of Asset Manager application.
Log files will be attached to Agent asset as files.
There are several ways to access them, but using Monitor is a handy way.
Monitor > Explore > Assets
Open "Attachments" Plugin, if the tab is not displayed.
You may also want to sort by "Update At" field.
