Summary

Details

After importing NX assembly in the new database, the respective Absolute transformation matrix values in Teamcenter are mismatched compared to the values in the old database.

Solution

Such issues happen when the Assembly structure in NX is out of sync with the Teamcenter structure.
ug_clone always exports the Assembly structure saved in NX. (not the TC structure)
So if your assembly structure is not in sync with the Teamcenter structure, the NX structure will be exported and on import, this NX structure will be saved to the Teamcenter in the new database.

While exporting such assemblies, within the NX, if you use the command "Export Assembly outside Teamcenter", NX will display below the alert message.
So to fix this, before exporting such assemblies, you need to save the assembly in NX after syncing the structure.
To do this, in NX, set these preferences.
Then load the assembly, the modified structure in the Teamcenter will be loaded/synced, then save this assembly.
Now, this assembly has the same structure in NX as in Teamcenter.

To avoid such issues, always enable the above preferences in your NX session, which will sync the Teamcenter structure to the NX structure.
