NX Getting Error 1770002 in Event name: MOM_operator_message when postprocessing.

While Postprocessing with the Postprocessor from Posthub or any OOTB Post the following error is received,


error 1770002, Event name: MOM_operator_message

Solution

The above error is received due to the limitation in characters for the operator message.
Operator Message has a limitation of 75 characters(In some cases 80).

So if the user enters operator message which has more than 75 characters , the postprocessor stops processing and the above error is seen.

Keeping the characters within 75 character limit resolves the issue.

Note: Applicable for Postprocessors developed in Post Configurator.
