One user getting the following error when saving a file into Teamcenter:
"Teamcenter returned 000000008004A008 which SEEC does not recognize as a known error. Review the log file for further information."
After dismissing the error the file is saved into Teamcenter and works as it should. Other users that log into the same workstation do not have the problem.
Solution
Closing Solid Edge then renaming the "Solid Edge" folder at C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Siemens should resolve the problem. When the user logs into SEEC the next time, the Solid Edge folder is recreated and the user should be able to save files without error.
