In a Simcenter 3D Ray Acoustics solution, when activating particle tracing with Wide Bands options as 1/3 Octaves or 1/12 Octaves, the hybridized results are overestimated. For 1/3 octaves, this overestimation is typically around 1.5 or 2 dB. The discrepancy can be larger for 1/12 octaves.
To avoid the issue, the user can select (1/1) Octaves band as option for Wide Bands. 

The problem has been fixed in Simcenter 3D 2021.2 v1980.
