Incorrect or missing products or licenses in Support Center or any other related issue to Support Center itself, and not concerning the MindSphere product itself.
Solution
Create a ticket with the Support Center team by selecting the Need website help from the dashboard:
At the bottom of the new page, followed by selecting the Request Website Help from the Support Center Help page:
From the Request Website Help page, select Sites/Products tab. From the left menu, you will see the new options available, select Report a missing product and once more the I want to report a missing product button.
Describe the details in the form and submit the request.
