I have encountered a problem when I want to access my Mindsphere tenant.
When I log in, it always asks me for the token to be able to access the account.
I checked with another coworker and they also have the same problem as me and this is happening for my tenant only.
Also, this problem happens to us with all browsers.
How can this be resolved?
Solution
When the user tenant is activated with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) then at the time of login users are required to enter tokens that are sent to their email address after WebKey login.
This is normal behavior if the tenant has Multi-Factor Authentication enabled.
If the user wants to change the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method Please follow the below documentation you will get all the information on how you can change the authentication method.
