The old behavior of NX Sketch is needed with the default setting Sketch_useClassicSolverAndUI = ON
The customer has the following settings:
Solution
If the sketch has at least one New sketch created in it, the part will behave as if the UseClassicSolverAndUI is off. When you turn this option ON, it only takes effect in part with no sketches or in parts with only legacy sketches.
The presence of even one sketch created in the newer sketch solver will always be like Sketch_useClassicSolverAndUI = OFF
The intention is to move a whole part forward and not allow mixed or jumping back and forth between solver modes. Both sketches can coexist and the legacy sketches will continue to solve with the legacy solver until they are renewed, but you cannot activate a legacy sketch with the legacy UI if there are existing new sketches in the part file.
