Solid Edge How can I access the online Solid Edge tutorial in a different language?

Even if Solid Edge is installed in English (or another language) you can access the Solid Edge training material in a different language.  The language selection for the online Tutorial, Help and Documentation are related to the Internet Explorer settings.

E.g. I want to use German Help/Tutorials on my English Solid Edge version.

Solution

Step 1 - Open Internet Options in your Internet Explorer:

Step 2 - Go to Languages and add German (de) to the list.  Move this entry (German) to the top:

Step 3 - Reopen the help  

Close Internet Explorer. 
Start Solid Edge and open  "Learn Solid Edge". 

Select "Open Solid Edge Help" and notice everything is now in German.
