Insights Hub How to move assets into a subtenant

A subtenant users needs to be able to see an existing asset.

A subtenant user can only access assets that are explicitly assigned to their subtenant. In order to make an existing asset visible within a subtenant, the tenant admin needs to assign the asset to the subtenant with following steps:

• Open the Asset Manager application from the Launchpad.
• Click on the asset.
• Click on the asset menu and select Move asset .
• Select the root asset for the subtenant and click Accept . This asset is of type core.basicsubtenant.
