New enhancement "Simplified point selection" for Hole command has been released in NX1953, but I can't select an input face if I try to create a new hole.
Step to reproduce:
1. start nx > open a new part
2. Create a box, some holes like below > save the part 3. Customer Default > Modeling > General > Miscellaneous > Turn off "Automatically Sketch on Planar Faces".
4. restart NX and open the part
5. double click "Hole" feature in PNT for editing > push "Cancel" button or add a hole.
6. Please try to put new Hole in a face.
*** cannot select any faces at all.
Solution
Work around:
1. By making use of "Sketch Section" option, specify the locations with launching Sketch environment. or
2. Restart NX and create new hole

The condition to reproduce the issue is:
Turn off "Automatically Sketch on Planar Faces". Therefore, in case of turning on the setting is not happened the issue.
