Customer restarted server and the eMS will not start; tried to go into the Admin Console and everything has the "Error: login failed [SERVERERROR] ORA-12152: TNS unable to send break" message.
The eMSagent in the system services gets "Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly".
Solution
In Oracle Server install, find the sqlnet.ora file.
Should be in the $ORACLE_HOME\network\admin folder.
Add sqlnet.expire_time=10
Restart Oracle.
