NX TcVis not displaying Off Set 3D Sections

The customer translates their NX 1934 data to JT and then view it in TcVis certain model views do not show up. They refer to these as off-set 3D sections, and the only workaround they have have found is to enable Section View Legacy in NX to create these type of section cuts.

The supplied test data with the model view the customer was having issues with is a legacy section view that NX doesn't support now. In the NX 1926 Release Notes (which is the base release that NX 1934 is built on) it does talk about how this type of section view is not supported and mentions a workaround with adding a JT translator option called LegacyHeavyweightSectionViews in the tessUG.config file:
