Insights Hub Business Intelligence Data fails to load existing projects

Business Intelligence Data user with author role can't load existing projects in the Business Intelligence

Possible error messages:

code: mdsp.core.generic.internalServerError

logref: [Error_ID_number1]

message: Error while retrieving tableau projects. Detail:

code: mdsp.core.ve.noTableauUser

logref: [Error_ID_number2]

message: Tableau user [TENANTNAME]_[USER_EMAIL ] does not exist.

It is required to login into Business Intelligence before logging in to Business Intelligence Data. Until the user with the correct role signs in, the Business Intelligence licenses are not assigned/consumed.

To assign a Business Intelligence license the following conditions need to apply:

• The tenant administrator assigned a role to a Insights Hub user.
• The same user has logged into Business Intelligence.
