Summary

Details

Would like to better understand the symbols for cylindrical constraints in Solid Edge Simulation.

Solution

While in the 'Constraints -> Cylindrical' command,  you can constrain Radial Growth, Rotation, and Sliding Along an Axis by clicking on the buttons in the command bar. When the button has an orange background, it means that you are constraining the corresponding degree of freedom. When the button has a white background, it signifies that the degree of freedom is not constrained.
