Insights Hub Unable to download PostgreSQL DB backup

You want to download a PostgreSQL DB backup, but the 'Download' button is disabled in the a9s dashboard.

The 'Download' button is only usable when the encryption key has been set. 

You need to set the encryption key by clicking the button highlighted in yellow:

After that please manually trigger the backup by clicking on the same button again.

Once it's done, the 'Download' button will be enabled.

Please note that old backups before the encryption key were set cannot be downloaded

Additionally, after changing a key, old backups which were created with the old key can also not be downloaded.
