Details

Using Design Manager, attempting to copy an Insight managed assembly and its components to a new location.  During the process, presented with the following error message: "A document with this name already exists in Sharepoint.  Use a unique document name.  Existing files with the same name are added to the file "DuplicateFiles_xxxxxxxx_nnnnnnnnnnnn.csv".  Do you want to open the file?"  When OK is selected there is no .csv file opened.

At this point there is no information about which files are causing the problem, and not able to find the .csv file by performing a search via File Explorer.  The copy operation was unsuccessful.

Solution

The .csv that is created during this process is located in the Solid Edge log files folder.  This folder is generally located in the user's Solid Edge profile location.  To find out what location is defined for the log files, you need to open the Solid Edge Options.  You access these by selecting the the Settings/Options command, then  select the File Locations tab on the Options dialog and note the Log files location in the Output section of the dialog.
