Have a folder shortcut defined that will open the SEEC Cache location on a computer. When selecting the shortcut, there are no files in the folder. The cache location does contain a 2-Tier and a 4-Tier folder under SEEC in the Solid Edge user profile. 

Solution

Check to make sure you are accessing the appropriate subfolder in the cache location. If you are using a 2-Tier connection, check the 2-Tier subfolder. Likewise for the 4-Tier connection and folder.
