NX Create New Component does not use Component Name specified

Create New component does not offer the ability to specify the file name saved to disk.

Users need to set the following customer default

Assemblies -> General -> Command Part Template Type -> New Component = Select from File New

After setting the value, Save and restart NX to see the change.
