NX Is there a way that "Enforce as piece part" is not set?

Any component cannot be added to the imported SE data.


Steps to reproduce:
1.Prepare for a simple SE assembly and component parts like below.( any data is ok for reproducing the issue)

2. File > Open > Change the file type to  "Solid Edge Files" for opening it.
3. In ANT, select a component > Make Work Part
...The warning messages appear.

4. File > Utilities > Enforced Piece Part...
... You can see the toggle switch is checked as the default.

Solution

It's designed as intended.


Work Around:
After opening(importing) SE data, unmark the switch as the piece part explicitly.

Notes and References

Usually, SE assembly is organized by .asm or .par. The .par is an enforced piece part in SE database, so NX adds automatically the switch.
