NX Error "Routing: Application view cannot be loaded"

NX cannot be switched to routing application with "Routing: Application view cannot be loaded" error.


 
The log file reports the below error.
 
*** EXCEPTION: Error code  1525041 in line 4622 of 


+++ Failed to parse application view, parser error : UGXML Error  at file C:\APP\NX1926\routing\ugroute_elec\appview\ugroute_elec_metric.xml :  line 108,  column 22


                    element 'Bend_Radius_Table_Files' is not allowed for content model '

Solution

Bend radius table settings mentioned in your "ugroute_elec_metric.xml" is not supported in the latest versions.


 
You need to remove the below texts from your xml file.


 


    <Bend_Radius_Table_Files>


      <!--


        <File_Name>


            pipe_bend_radius_table.txt


        </File_Name>


 


        <File_Name>


            tube_bend_radius_table.txt


        </File_Name>


        -->


    </Bend_Radius_Table_Files>


 


In addition, texts files also not supported, you need to use a spreadsheet file (*.xlsx)


In the latest versions, if you would like to use bend radius , you can set up the location of the bend table from below customer defaults.
