How can I cancel the Cloud Enabled License and return to a NodeLocked license?
Solution
Customers cannot switch back from Cloud Enabled to NodeLocked. This requires that you contact your first line of support. If you have a partner, reach out to your partner and ask them to log an IR to request changing your licensing from Cloud Enabled back to NodeLocked/Product Activation. They will log an IR with Solid Edge Support and the Agent will be able to make the switch provided sufficient justification is given.
If you are a direct customer, call the 800 number or log a WebIR asking to have your licensing switched back to NodeLocked. You will need to provide justification to switch back.
Justification is required to help ensure that you are not violating license agreement.
