NX "Failed to install the service 'SiemensPLMElasticSearchServer" error occurs

While installing the Siemens help server we get the error "Failed to install the service SiemensPLMElasticSearchServer"

.

Solution

Step 1:-

Upgrade the Java version (1.8.0_281) or the latest

Step 2 : -

  Install Help server1.0.6.
