Failed to connect to Excel events while launching Excel spreadsheet from NX
Solution
In Windows registry there are two entries which is causing this problem
In HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, search for this class ID D99CD578-9510-4014-9161-F01778698159,
Under InprocServer32 , two entries are listed.
If the user runs unregister_splm_files.bat, only one entry is getting removed.
Manually remove the other entry and run register_splm_files.bat.
