NX Sample TDP template import is failing with error "Failed to initialize import operation" "Error:941448".

While trying to import sample Technical Data Package Template (TDP) to Teamcenter using the OOTB command-line utility, the import is failing with the error "Failed to initialize import operation" "Error:941448".

Solution

Verify if FMS_HOME has been set correctly while executing the command.


Check if the fcc is running? 


After setting the FMS_HOME mostly the issue will not occur.
